Opened in 2011 to replace the bottleneck road that previously ringed the lip of the historic Devil's Punchbowl, the Hindhead Tunnel is a masterpiece of engineering. Spanning nearly 1.2 miles underground, it immediately became a legendary acoustic testing ground for multi-cylinder motorcycle platforms.

The large National Trust parking zone overlooking the Punchbowl basin acts as an exceptional rest spot. Meanwhile, the tunnel structure itself is targeted by performance sportbikes and hyper-nakeds wanting to hear the echoing acoustics of their exhaust systems.
